When I first plugged this product in to my Env3, a message came up on the screen that said, "This charger is not recommended for this device." The phone then began charging. After I unplugged it however, every subsequent attempt to charge the phone with this cord caused the phone to immediately reset itself.

I love this charger. The retractable cable is the best part, and it works perfectly to charge my phone when I need it. I'm on my second one, which doesn't say much for its sturdiness, but I do admit that I've tossed it around in my car several times. Given the price and it's reliability, I would highly recommend it.

Ordered from Amazon. Shipped from a partner source. Delivery was excellent and product was as expected. I really like these retractable devices as they do a good job of controlling wire clutter, especiall in a auto.

So, I bought the charger and thought it broke the first day I got it, unfortunately, it was user error. I found the button that retracts the cord, and realized the case was coming apart from the cord being stuck in the seam. I adjusted the cord, and pushed the button and it zipped right back in! I was very pleased. I love it! now the cord is right where it needs to be, just like the picture and I don't have to worry about it being all over my car.

It feels a little cheap when you handle it, but so far it charges my phone well and keeps neatly tucked in the cigarette lighter of my dash with no hanging, curly wires to get in the way.
